A couple of notes before you start:

  • You'll receive your Rewards Genius invite email after you've filled out your company information on our Sign-Up Page.

  • Check your Spam folder if you can't find your invite.

  • The Rewards Genius invite expires seven days after issuance. If your invite has expired, reach out to your Rewards Genius administrator. If there are any issues, email success@tangocard.com.

How to Log into Your Account for the First Time:

  • Check your email for an invitation with the subject line: "You've been invited to Rewards Genius."

  • Click on the Accept Invite button.

  • Your email address will automatically be populated. You can create a password for manual login, or choose to Sign Up With Google to use Google Single Sign-On.

  • If you choose to do a manual username and password login, create a password and click the green Sign Up button. 

  • Note: Your password should have at least one: lower-case letter, upper-case letter, number, and special character (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *). Dashes, pluses, parentheses, and slashes don't count as special characters.

  • Once you have registered your email address and password or sign-on method, register for SMS two-factor authentication: Enter your cellphone number and click the blue Send text message button. You will be required to enter the verification code that is sent to you, and then you will be logged in once verified.

To Log into Rewards Genius

  • If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password? link on the sign in page.

  • If you are encountering issues and are unable to sign in, email success@tangocard.com.
