Rewards Genius is designed to make it as simple as possible to send a single reward to multiple recipients. If you need more advanced options—such as sending different amounts or rewards to recipients within the same order—take a look at our Advanced Mode and Bulk Upload guides.

How to Place an Order

To begin, go to the navigation bar on the left and click "Place an Order". Then you'll follow these steps: 

1. Add Recipients

  • Enter email address (required), first name (required), and last name (optional). Note: You can add as many recipients as you like.
  • Once all recipients have been entered, select "Next" at the bottom of the page.

2. Select Reward and Amount

  • Select the reward in your catalog that you'd like to send. To deselect a reward, click the image again. Note: You can filter your reward catalog using the filters on the right or search for a reward using the search bar.
  • Click into the "Select Amount" field and enter the amount you'd like to send to all recipients. Click "Choose Card." To deselect a loaded reward, click the image twice.
  • Click "Next" at the bottom of the page.

3. Select an Email Template

  • Browse through your existing email templates and select one. If you don't have any email templates created and would like assistance creating one, check out How to Create an Email Template.
  • Once selected, you can edit the email template for this order by editing the fields shown below. These fields include Sender Name, Subject, and Message. Note: Recipient names and reward types are automatically populated.
  • Click "Next" at the bottom of the page.

4. Checkout

  • Review your Order Summary and click "Place Order" or "Save for Later," then confirm by clicking "Yes, place my order".
