Advanced Mode offers a variety of advanced ordering features, such as selecting different rewards and amounts or adding a notes field for each recipient. If you don't need these features, consider using the simple ordering flow.

How to Place an Order:

To begin, go to the navigation bar on the left and click "Place Order." From there, select "More Order Options" and click "Activate Advanced Mode."  

1.  Add Recipients

  • Enter recipient's email address (required), first name (required), and last name (optional). Note: You can add multiple recipients at a time.

  • If needed, you can toggle on/off Recipient Name and Notes fields in the toolbar to the right.

  • Once all recipients have been entered, click "Next" at the bottom of the page.


2. Select Reward and Amount

  • Determine whether you need different rewards or amounts for each recipient. If you do need different rewards, turn the Reward toggle "ON" to select reward type for each end-recipient. 

  • Select the Reward $ amount by filling in the "Reward Amount" field on the right.


3. Select Email Template(s)

  • To use a template other than the default email template, click the image and select from the custom email template options.

  • To use different templates for each end-recipient, turn the Email Template toggle to "ON" in the toolbar. Choose an email template by clicking images and selecting from the available template options.

  • You are able to toggle "ON" the Subject Line, Sender Name and Message toggles to edit fields for each end-recipient.

  • Note: Recipient names and reward types will be automatically populated from the info you already provided.

  • Click "Next" at the bottom of the page.


4. Checkout

  • In the top-left corner of the screen, you can view which Account and Group you currently have selected. If needed, click the "Switch Accounts" button in order to choose a different account.

  • Please be sure to check your account name in the top right corner before placing your order.
    If it is not the account name you want to withdraw funds to place your order, please click the account name and click Switch Accounts to select the correct account.

  • Review your order summary and click "Place Order" or "Save for Later." Confirm by clicking "Yes, place my order." 

  • Once your order is complete, you'll be taken to the "Order Summary." On this page, you can see the order status and details for each line item in your order. Click here to learn more about Order History.
