Here are your options when an order exceeds 2,000 rows:

1 - Break it down and process it yourself.  

  • Separate the order into multiple files, each containing 2,000 rows or less, and process them individually. 

2 - Send it to us (this may take up to 1 business day to process the order).

  • Send your order file to success@tangocard.com or click on the orange support button in the bottom of the Rewards Genius app and send it to us there.
  • We will break the file down and process the order for you (or we can send the files back to you to process yourself, if you would prefer).
