This status applies to mailed rewards. It means the reward has been mailed and will be received by the recipient in 7–10 business days.

Delivered 

The reward email has been successfully sent to the recipient's email address—and we've received confirmation from the recipient's email server that the email was received. Only digital rewards will show as "Delivered".

Sent

This reward email has been successfully sent to the recipient's email address, but we haven't received confirmation from the recipient's email server that the email was received. It is still possible that the email may have arrived in the recipient's inbox. 

Not Delivered

The reward email for this line item was sent but not delivered. This could be due to factors, such as the reward being sent to an invalid email address or a spam filter. We recommending resending the reward to an alternate email address. 

Failed 

This reward was unable to be sent. When this happens, your account is refunded for the value of the line item. We recommend placing a new order to ensure your reward is still sent.
