A note about Rewards Genius invites:

  • When an administrator adds a user to a Rewards Genius platform, the user receives a Rewards Genius invite to their email address from noreply@tangocard.com.

  • A Rewards Genius invite expires in seven days.



  • Reach out to your Rewards Genius platform administrator. If you don't know who your administrator is, or are unable to reach out to them, email success@tangocard.com.


  • Click the blue Account button in the top-right corner of the page.

  • Select Accounts & Users from the drop-down menu.

  • Click the Users tab. Any users who haven't accepted their Rewards Genius invite will have a red Pending icon on their user card.

  • Click the three-dots menu for the user who needs a new Rewards Genius invite, and select Resend Invitation.

  • The user will receive a new Rewards Genius invite to the email address associated with their user profile. This invite will expire in seven days if it isn't accepted.
