A custom Reward Link® redemption experience helps keep your program on-brand and clear for recipients. You can reinforce who is rewarding, reduce confusion, and guide recipients toward the reward options that best fit your program goals. Your Tango Customer Success Manager (CSM) can create a custom Reward Link® redemption experience for your recipients by allowing you to:

  • Choose which reward brands recipients see

  • Add your logo to the reward email

  • Customize the catalog page where recipients redeem

To get started, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email success@tangocard.com. A CSM representative will make these changes for you in our system.

 

What can be customized?

You can customize the following items for your Reward Link: recipient catalog selection, custom branding, and recipient redemption page.

Note: 

Your Tango portal includes several Reward Link® options by default. Tango can help you add Choice products (Reward Link®, Printed Reward Link®, Promo Link, and Disbursement), international, specific gift card brands, prepaid card or donation options to your catalog as needed. These are optional, account-level settings that your Tango Customer Success Manager (CSM) can update for you.

 

  • Recipient catalog selection: Choose which reward brands recipients can select when they redeem their Reward Link. See Tango reward catalog for the available options.

  • Custom branding: Add your logo or another branded image to appear in your Reward Link email.

  • Recipient redemption page: Customize the logo, button color, and text that recipients see on the catalog page when redeeming their Reward Link.
