Reward Link® provides the power of choice
Reward Link® is a catalog of digital gift cards that is sourced and maintained by Tango. It provides an assortment of digital gift cards, prepaid cards, and donation options. Reward Links allow your recipients to choose from a variety of gift card options by clicking a link that is emailed to them; reward value can be spent on one gift card or staggered across multiple brands. Reward Link can be also customized to offer plastic redemption options.
International options
Reward Links are available around the world in 80+ countries offering 1,000+ brands. Reward Link US is our standard offering that is available with all Tango Platforms by default.
If you are interested in adding international Reward Links for sending to recipients in countries other than the United States, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or success@tangocard.com.
Redemption is quick and easy!
When you send a Reward Link, your recipient receives an email with the instructions to redeem their reward. Reward Link also looks great on mobile, making it even easier for recipients to quickly select their preferred digital gift card on the go.
From the Reward Link email, all recipients have to do is click on the URL link to see the catalog of redemption options. To understand how your recipients can redeem Reward Link, see how to redeem Reward Link.
Sending Reward Links
You can send Reward Links using the Tango portal. For smaller orders (up to 15 recipients), see Send digital rewards with Tango. For larger orders (15-50,000 recipients) see Send bulk rewards with Tango.
