A few notes before you start:

  • If you think of your Rewards Genius portal as a three-layer pyramid, the Platform is the topmost layer.
  • A Group is the second level under the Platform. (It may have the same name as the Platform.) 
  • Accounts are nested below Groups. It's important to note that funding lives on the Account level. If you want to keep funds separate for different programs (for example, an employee-incentive program and a customer-referral program), different accounts should be used.

How to Create an Account and/or Group:

  • Click the blue "Account" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • From the drop-down menu that appears, click "Accounts & Users", then click the "Create Account" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Note: Group and Account names can contain spaces, hyphens, letters, and numbers. Names must be between 5–100 characters.
  • Display Name — enter the Account name. 
  • Contact Email — enter the email address you would like to serve as the main point of contact if Tango Card needs to get in touch with questions regarding account funding, transactions, or other matters.
  • Group — select an existing group or select "Create Group" from the drop-down menu. If you choose to create a new Group, enter a name in the "Group" name field. 
  • Click "Create Account"

*Note: You are able to create multiple Accounts within one Group.
