Q: What do I do if my Rewards Genius invitation has expired?

When a new user is invited to Rewards Genius, they'll be emailed a Rewards Genius invitation. The invitation expires in seven days if not accepted.

If your invite has expired, reach out to your Rewards Genius platform administrator to have your invitation resent. If you don't know who your Rewards Genius platform administrator is, email success@tangocard.com.

Q: Can I access multiple platforms using the same email address?

Users are unable to have multiple Rewards Genius platforms. If you created a platform in error, please email our Success Team at success@tangocard.com for help deactivating a duplicate platform.
