Q: How can I place an order in Rewards Genius?

There are two ways you can place an order using Rewards Genius: Standard Mode or Bulk Upload. Learn more about which option is best for you here!

Q: How do I complete a Bulk Order using the new Bulk Order method?

To complete a Bulk Order you'll need to download our Bulk Order Template from your Rewards Genius portal within the Place an Order Tab. Once the template has been filled out, upload your Bulk File. Learn more about placing Bulk Orders by viewing our guide on the Bulk Upload order method.

Q: What email address are rewards sent from?

Rewards are sent from noreply@tangocard.com. We recommend recipients check their spam folders and make sure there are no filters blocking messages from noreply@tangocard.com.

Q: Can I add custom columns to a Bulk Order Template?

When a user adds or removes columns from a Bulk Order Template, an error will occur when you click Upload Bulk File to place an order in Rewards Genius. Please only enter text into the Required and Optional fields of the Bulk Order Template.

Q: Can I order different brands or items in one Bulk Order?

Yes, it's possible to order multiple reward types within your catalog in one bulk order. By filling out the UTID column within your Bulk Order Template, you can select which rewards to send each recipient. Learn more about placing Bulk Orders by viewing our Bulk Upload guide.

Q: If I fill out the notes field, will it show up anywhere in the end-recipients reward email?

No, the Notes (in Standard Mode) and Customer Notes (in Bulk Upload) columns are internal facing. End recipients won't see this field in their reward email.

Q: Can I schedule rewards to be sent at a later date?

Currently, it isn't an option to schedule rewards to be sent at a later date. It's possible to fill out a Bulk Order file ahead of time, however, and upload it when you'd like to send the rewards. You can learn more about Bulk Orders here.

Q: Can I send physical cards to my recipients?

We offer two different options for rewards which can be redeemed for physical cards:

  • A Reward LinkĀ® with Physical Redemption Options can be sent digitally to recipients and allows them to redeem their reward for a digital or physical gift card. This has a $1.00 fee in addition to the face value of the reward being sent.

  • A Printed Reward Link with Physical Redemption Options can be sent to recipients through the mail. It'll include instructions for redeeming a digital or physical gift card. This has a $1.50 fee in addition to the face value of the reward being sent.

Q: Are there fees for resending a reward?

There are no additional fees for resending a reward!

When you resend a reward, the same reward information is sent to the recipient at either the same or a new e-mail address. There are no fees for this service.
