When an administrator adds a new user to a Tango platform, the user receives a Tango invite. The invitation is sent to the user’s email address on file from noreply@tangocard.com. If not accepted, a Tango invite expires in seven days.
- Tango Platform Users: If your Tango invite is expired, reach out to your Tango Platform's Admin(s) or email success@tangocard.com for assistance.
- Tango Platform Admins: Follow the instructions below to reissue a new Tango invite.
To reissue an expired Tango invite:
- Sign in to Tango portal.
- Click
Team settings > Users on the left menu. Any user who hasn’t accepted their Tango invite has a yellow Invited icon next to their name. - Click anywhere on the row for the user with an invite.
- Click the Actions drop-down and select Resend Invite.

- Review the confirmation screen and click Resend user invite to send a new Tango invite email to the user.
