After signing up or a new Tango Platform or receiving a Tango invite from your admin, you must set up your user profile to take advantage of the Tango portal.
An invite with a registration link is sent to your email address from noreply@tangocard.com. Check your Spam folder if you can't find your invite. The Tango invite expires seven days after being sent if not accepted. If your invite is expired, reach out to your Tango portal admin. Your Tango portal admin can Reissue an expired Tango invite.
Complete your Tango registration
You must accept your Tango invite and create a user profile to use Tango portal.
To complete your Tango registration:

Open the email invite from tangocard.com. The invitation indicates your user email and role.

Click Accept Invite.
Check with your IT department if you have issues opening the page as your organization may need to add certain Tango URLs, IPs, domains, or emails. See Update security settings to receive emails from Tango. -
Your email address that is also your username for the Tango portal, is automatically populated. Set a password and click Continue to receive a verification code.
Note:
Your password must have at least one of each of the following:

lower-case letters
-
upper-case letters
-
numbers
-
special characters (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *). Dashes, pluses, parentheses, and slashes are invalid characters for Tango passwords and can't be used.

If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign in page. This option only works with user profiles that use a password for authentication. You cannot reset a password used with Google or SSO from the Tango portal.
A Google email password has to be reset through your Google account, and an SSO password has to be reset through your organization's Identity Provider (IdP).

You can select another multi-factor authentication (MFA) method offered by your organization. See Set up MFA (Tango portal users):

Continue with Google: Use your Google account as your sign in method, this option is only available if the email address where you received your Tango invite is a Gmail (email service from Google).

Continue with [your IdP] SSO: Use SSO if this option is enabled for you.

Enter your cell phone number to register it for MFA and click Send Verification code. See Sign in to Tango portal.

You will receive a text message with your six-digit verification code.

Select Remember this device for 30 days if you are on a trusted device and skip the MFA verification step the next time you log in. You are logged into the Tango portal.
Note:
Make sure to select the Remember this device for 30 days checkbox before you start entering the code. The window is automatically closed as soon as you enter the last digit of the code.
