Answer
Tango's free, self-serve portal makes it easy to send digital gift cards and payments. It's simple to use and it puts you in control with the ability to order on demand, faster. So how do you get started? Step one is to log in.

Note:
  • If you do not have a platform with Tango, click Sign up on our website using the US self-serve registration or the international registration forms. A Tango representative will follow up with you after registration to discuss any questions and business needs.
  • Your user profile on a Tango platform is associated with your email address. A user profile for the same email address can’t exist on two Tango platforms at the same time. If you need access to multiple Tango platforms, each platform requires its own user profile associated with a unique email address.

Tango platform environments and URLs

Most organizations have a Tango platform in a production environment, which uses live funds to send rewards to their recipients. Some organizations may also have a Tango portal in a sandbox environment for testing features before implementing them in production. The two environments directly mirror each other, only Tango sandbox platforms don't use live funds to send rewards, making them perfect for testing.
Be mindful of which environment you need to use when logging in to Tango!

The production Tango portal URL is https://portal.tangocard.com
The sandbox Tango portal URL is https://portal.sandbox.tangocard.com

  • Confirm you are using the correct login method - username and password, Google, or SSO. These three methods are not interchangeable.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, refresh the log in page, and try signing in again.
  • If you use a username and password to sign in, try resetting your password using the Forgot Password link. Read more about how to Reset your password.
  • Confirm that your network's security settings have all relevant domains, URLs, I.P. addresses, and email addresses associated with Tango in an allow list. Learn more about what items to add to your allow list.

  • If issues with sign in persist, reach out to your Tango administrator and request they delete your user profile and re-add it. You'll receive an invitation email where you can re-register for Tango and sign in with fresh user information.
