Promo Links are used for promotional cases only and delivered to your recipients digitally. A Promo Link’s expiration date is stated on the reward itself. You can also send a reminder email to your recipient before the Promo Link expires. Once expired, you can reclaim a portion of the unredeemed funds or reissue a Promo Link to the same or a new email address with the remaining balance. The reissued reward will expire in the same number of days as the original order. Learn more About Promo Link™.
Note:
- Reissuing a Promo Link that’s expired costs the same amount as sending a new one: face value of the card plus a $0.25 issuance fee. For example, a $100 Promo Link costs $100.25.
- The reissued Promo Link is designated as a reissue in your order history.
- We deduct 25% of unredeemed funds of an expired Promo Link and return the rest. For example, for a $100 credited to your account, $25 is deducted immediately leaving $75 in unredeemed value credited back to your account. For more information, see our page about Promo Link™.
Promo Links aren’t included in your Tango’s catalog by default. You must have it added to your catalog before distributing to your recipients. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or success@tangocard.com for more questions.
