Manage reward orders with Tango

Use the Orders page in the Tango portal to track and manage rewards you’ve sent. You can search and find historic orders, view line items in those orders, view reward credentials and print the QR codes, check order and reward history, and more.

To manage reward orders with Tango:

  1. Sign in to the Tango portal.

  2. Click Orders on the left menu.

  3. Click anywhere on an order to open the line items in that order.

  4. Click a line item to open its details.

  5. Open the Details tab to confirm you’ve selected the correct reward. Here you can see the reward name and type, recipient contact information, reward value and remaining balance, and more.

  6. Expand Order Details to trace the order and line item status and see additional information, such as the order origin, Reward ID, External reference ID, and ETID.

  7. Expand Reward Details to see the UTID, redemption instructions, and reward credentials—focusing on the recipient's experience and fulfillment rather than the reward's origin.

  8. Expand Account Details to find the group and account information that funded the reward such as the Account Identifier and Account Number.

  9. Go to the History tab to view delivery timeline from when the order was submitted to process and delivered. See View redemption history: Reward Link® and more.

Note:

Tango does not store sent reward credentials indefinitely. All credentials are deleted periodically for security and anti‑fraud purposes. If you need access to reward credentials, use the View reward credentials option on the relevant line item.

 

View rewards credentials and print QR codes

To view the reward's redemption credentials and display or print the Tango-generated QR code(s), open View Reward credentials from the Orders page by selecting an order that’s delivered with QR code. Alternatively, you can open a line item and click Actions > View reward credentials. See Send rewards with QR code for more information.

To view rewards credentials and print QR codes:

  1. Click the View reward credentials button at the top of the screen or go to Actions > View reward credentials.

  2. In the Reward credentials window:

    • Print Credentials: Print a physical copy of the reward without the QR code. Click “Print Credentials” once to print all line items in order. To exclude QR codes, deselect the checkbox next to “Print with QR codes”.

    • Print with QR codes: Print a physical copy of the reward with the QR code. This helps if the recipient closes their browser or loses access to the original delivery. This option is selected by default.

    • Open reward: Access the reward directly and launch it in a new browser tab or window.

    • Copy Reward URL: Copy the reward link to your clipboard to save or share via messaging or email.

 

Note:

  • If the link expired, the expiry date appears below the QR code.

  • Print QR Codes prints only the rewards visible on the Orders page, based on the Rows per page setting.

  • For multi-page orders, set Rows per page to the maximum before opening the “Reward credentials” window and printing QR codes. For example, if your order has 350 rewards, set Rows per page to 500 to print all QR codes at once instead of 100 per page. For orders over 500 rows, go to the second 500 page on the Orders screen, then reopen the Reward credentials page to print the next batch. Repeat until all are printed.
