View redemption history: Reward Link® and more

You can view redemption history of your sent rewards in Tango. Redemption history includes detailed information such as the amount issued, date the reward was created, account details, the status of the reward, and more. For statuses, see Order, reward, and email statuses in Tango.

Note:

Tango presents even more details in redemption history for Tango's Choice products (Reward Link®, Global Choice Link, Promo Link™, and Disbursement Link) than specific gift card brands (Starbucks, Target, etc.).

 

To view redemption history details, go to Order history then click the Orders or Line Items page. To resend an undelivered reward go to the History tab and click Resend. See how you can Resend rewards.

 

To view redemption history:

  1. Sign in to the Tango portal.

  2. Click Order history on the left menu, then choose to go to:

    • Orders: to view order contents, total amount, order status, and more.

    • Line Items: to view items across all orders, delivery status, issued amount, and more.

  3. Click any order or line item row to open the details panel.

  4. Click the Actions menu at the top of the details panel to resend rewards, cancel, reissue, or freeze. . For more about these actions, see:

  5. Go to the History tab at the top of the details panel to view the redemption history of a Choice product and an audit trail of events associated with the line item. To resend an undelivered reward, click Resend.

     

 

Redemption history status

In the Tango Portal, the redemption history shows specific statuses that indicate how a reward has progressed from delivery to use. These statuses help senders understand whether a recipient has interacted with or redeemed a reward. When you look at the redemption history, you can tell if the reward has been Sent to, Processed, or Delivered to your recipient. If after a few minutes it shows Not Delivered or Bounced, try resending that reward again.

A Reward Link has been redeemed for specific brand reward(s). Redemption is visible, but the amount spent or remaining balance may not yet be shown.

Expired

The reward link expired because it was not redeemed before the expiration date.



Note:
  • Mail-delivered rewards, text, and QR codes don’t provide a Processed or Delivered status since they aren’t sent via email. 

  • Once a Printed Reward Link has been redeemed, you can see the item it was redeemed for in its order history even if you can’t see a Processed or Delivered status.
