Send digital rewards by email
Send digital rewards directly from the Tango web portal. Customize your message and deliver via email; recipients get rewards instantly. See Send digital rewards by email.
Send digital rewards by text message (SMS)
Deliver eligible digital rewards via SMS to a recipient’s mobile phone—ideal when email isn’t available. See Send digital rewards via text.
Send digital rewards with QR Code
Provide a QR code for eligible digital rewards so recipients can scan and redeem on a mobile device—great for events, on-site events, mobile distribution, or when email or SMS delivery is impractical. See Send rewards with QR code.

Send Printed Reward Link® with mail
A printed letter that is physically mailed to U.S. recipients. It offers a range of digital gift cards, prepaid cards, donation options, and optional plastic cards. Recipients can use the full value on one reward or split it across multiple brands. See Send Printed Reward Link with Tango.
Ways to send bulk rewards
Use bulk ordering when you need to send rewards to many recipients or ship multiple physical rewards at once. Tango supports bulk uploads for digital rewards, mobile delivery, and Printed Reward Link® mail delivery, with up to 50,000 recipients per order. Physical rewards use a separate bulk shipment flow, where you choose a supported physical reward and ship cards to one or multiple addresses.

Send rewards via integrations and API
Use integrations and the Tango API when you want to automate reward delivery from the systems your teams already use. The Tango API enables integration between your application and Tango, allowing you to connect with platforms like Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc., while the API gives developers flexibility to embed reward ordering, funding, and fulfillment directly into your own applications and workflows.
Integrations and API
Description
|---|
Via Tango API
Integrate reward delivery into your own applications using our Developers platform. See API developers guide or contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or success@tangocard.com.
Via integrations
Send rewards directly from tools you already use, such as Salesforce, Qualtrics, HubSpot, etc., without custom development. These pre-built integrations place orders via the Tango API.
Note:
Pre-built integrations (such as the Salesforce App), are standalone products from the App Store, while workflow-based integrations (such as Zapier), requires user configuration. See Integrate with Tango.
