With Tango, you can send prepaid cards such as Visa®, Mastercard®, and others. Prepaid cards are available in AUD, CAD, CNY, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, and USD, and are available for use in different countries (varies by card, subject to merchant terms).
Your Tango portal comes with a few Reward Link® options by default, which may have prepaid card redemption options. A Customer Success Manager can help discuss what prepaid options would work best for your organization, and add them to your catalog. Prepaid card availability is subject to restrictions and may not be available for all customers and use cases.

Adding prepaid cards to your Tango Catalog
To see what prepaid card options would work best for your organization's use case and add them to your catalog, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or success@tangocard.com. Some applications to add prepaid cards to a Tango Platform's catalog must first go through an approval process.
Send prepaid cards with Tango
Once the prepaid card(s) have been added to your catalog, you will see them as available options when navigating to Send rewards in the Tango portal.
To send prepaid cards with Tango
- Once logged into the Tango portal, click Send rewards from the menu on the left.
- Using the Search bar and Reward type filter at the top of the page to help find reward to send. If you don't see the reward you want to send, double check with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) that the desired reward(s) have been added to your Tango Platform's Catalog.
- Once the rewards in your Catalog have been filtered, click on the reward you want to send.
- Select how many recipients you want to send the reward to.
- Fill out the reward value, recipient name, and email address for each row.
- Click Proceed to Checkout to pay for the order and send the rewards, or Add to Cart if you want to add more rewards to your cart before checking out.
