Now that you have signed in to your Tango platform, follow the steps below to send a reward to your recipients, set up a payment method, and invite your team:
Start sending rewards
Sign in to Tango and get ready to send your first reward. Use templates with pre-designed layouts or preferred settings for email, text, and physical reward letters to help you send rewards more quickly and easily. Templates make the process quicker, maintain consistency, and reduce errors. See About Tango templates for details. To send rewards, you must set up a payment method for your account. See Ways to pay for your Tango orders. To start sending rewards, navigate to the Send rewards page in the Tango portal application.
Set up payment method
Fund your Tango account using ACH/Wire, credit cards, physical check, or through invoice. Once funded, you can use your balance to place orders. See Ways to pay for your Tango orders for complete information. Go to the Funding page in the Tango portal application to set up payment method.
Invite your team
You can invite users to your platform. Tango users are individual people who log in to the Tango portal to send rewards, manage accounts, or perform admin tasks. They can have different roles like Admin, Sender, Viewer, etc., each with specific permissions. Groups, on the other hand, are collections of users organized by team, department, or use case, such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Learn how you can invite and manage users and roles with the Tango portal. See Users and Tango accounts. To invite your team, go to the Users page in the Tango portal application.
