Q: What do I do if my Tango invitation has expired?

When you’re invited to Tango as a new user, you’ll receive the Tango invitation through email from noreply@tangocard.com. If you do not accept your invitation in seven days, it will expire. If your invite has expired, reach out to your Tango administrator, or email success@tangocard.com to have your invitation resent. See Reissue an expired Tango invite.

Q: Can I access multiple Tango platforms using the same email address?

No. An email address can only be associated with one user profile on one Tango platform at a time. You can't log into different Tango platforms with the same email address.
If you believe you registered for a Tango platform in error, email your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or success@tangocard.com for help deactivating a duplicate platform.

Q: Can I disable accounts I'm no longer using?

Yes. You can disable and enable accounts on your platform. See Manage Accounts and Groups in Tango for step-by-step instructions. 

Q: Can I delete an account in Tango?

No. You cannot delete an account in the Tango portal, but you can disable an account. When an account is disabled, it can no longer be used for any transactions including adding funds or sending rewards. Previous transactions made to and from the account are kept in a historic record for reporting. A disabled account can be enabled again at any time. See Manage Accounts and Groups in Tango for a step-by-step guide to disabling an account.

Q: Can I delete or disable a group in Tango?

No. You cannot delete or disable groups in Tango as they may contain accounts. However, you're able to change your group name within your Tango portal. See Manage Accounts and Groups in Tango for a step-by-step guide to change a group name.

Q: How can I adjust permissions and access level for a user?

You need to be an admin or have special rights and permissions. You must have the permission to create, edit, delete and assign (Roles, Permissions, Access) to adjust users permissions. See Set user permissions and access level.

Q: How do I add another user to my Tango Platform?

Q: Is there a way to add multiple users at once?

Yes. Using bulk user upload, you can add multiple users to you portal at once. Read Manage Tango users in bulk for a detailed guide.

Q: Can a user change the email address with which they log in?

No. Once a user profile has been created using an email address, that email address cannot be changed. An administrator on the Tango Platform can create a new user with the updated email address and then delete the user with the old email address. The new user needs to create a new password and complete registration once they have been invited using the new email address. See Add, edit, delete users for step-by-step instructions.
