The fastest ways to pay at checkout in Tango are a registered credit card or your pre-funded account balance. Payments with a registered credit card are processed immediately. Paying with a pre-funded balance is instant as long as you have enough funds in your account. For additional payment options, see Ways to pay for your Tango orders.

At checkout, you can pay with a registered credit card or your pre-funded account balance. Other funding methods (like a bank account, wire, or ACH) are only used to add money to your balance—not to pay at checkout. For more ways to pay, see Ways to pay for your Tango orders.

You can use a new credit card immediately if it’s successfully registered. Some transactions may show a Pending status for up to 3 business days for orders that use a newly-registered credit card. See Pre-fund your account with a credit card. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) at success@tangocard.com if a transaction remains Pending for more than 3 business days.
To pay at checkout:
- Sign in to the Tango portal.
- Add rewards to your cart individually or in bulk. See Send bulk digital and Printed Rewards with Tango.
- On the Checkout page, select a registered credit card, or choose Pay with the account balance.

Select Deliver now, or choose to deliver the rewards later by clicking Schedule delivery.

Click Place order.
An email notification is sent every time this credit card is used to pay at checkout. The notification is sent to all email addresses set to receive notifications when the credit card was registered, or the last time it was edited. See Add credit cards.
