Funding history provides a full audit trail of all funding transactions for your Tango account. You can review, monitor, and reconcile funding activity across supported payment methods, including credit cards, ACH, wire transfers, and checks. It helps organizations track transactions, verify funding status, review processing fees, and access transaction-level details for reconciliation and reporting.
View funding history
To view your funding transactions:

Sign in to the Tango portal and confirm you are in the correct account.

Click Funding history on the left menu.

Click the
hamburger menu icon to show or hide more columns. Drag visible columns to reorder.

Review the information presented in the Funding history table:

Type of transaction such as funding the Tango account with the credit card on file.

Amount
| The value of funds added to the account with the transaction. For credit cards, there is a 2.9% processing fee. The amount shown here is before the processing fee is added. |

Currency
|
The currency of funds used such as USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, MXN, PLN, and SGD.

|
Account Number
|
Tango Account number is a unique alphanumeric identifier such as “A12345678” that corresponds to each unique Tango account. It shows the account that received the funds. See Find your Tango account number .

Account Name
|
The Tango Account name is found under the Groups in your organization. If you have only one account, the account name is the same as your group name.

|
Status
|
The status of the funding transaction: Completed, Pending, Declined.

Use the pagination at the bottom of the page to view additional results.

Click any row to open the transaction details.

The details panel shows different information depending on the funding method, such as credit card or ACH. With credit card transactions, you can download the receipt. See Download credit card transaction receipts.

Amount

The total amount charged, including the 2.9% processing fee for credit cards.

Currency
|
The currency of funds used such as USD or GBP.

Status
|
The status of the transaction, such as Completed, Pending, or Declined.

Notes
| Internal notes not intended for reward recipients. This includes text entered in the Customer Notes field during a bulk upload order or the Notes field during the order process. |

Timestamp
|
The date and time of the transaction.

Fee
| The 2.9% processing fee added for the credit card transaction. |

Method
|
The method of funding such as credit card.
|
|
Account Number
|

|

Group Name

Groups are an organizational level for managing multiple accounts. Even with one account, you need a group. If you only have one account, the account name can be the same as the group name. Find Tango group names under Accounts.

|
Group ID
|
A unique identifier for this Tango group.
|
|
Credit Card Number
|
Tango displays the last four digits of a registered credit card, but doesn't store the entire card number.
|
|
Nickname
|
The name given to the credit card at the time of credit card registration for easier recognition.
