Create Accounts and Groups

You can create a new Tango account choosing one of the supported currencies and add it to an existing group.

To create a new account

1. Sign in to the Tango portal.
2. Click  Team settings > Accounts on the left menu.
3. Select Create Account.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter a Display Name for the account.
5. Enter a Contact Email for the account.
6. Click to Select existing group.
7. Select a Currency for the newly created account. Once selected and saved, the account currency cannot be changed.
8. Click Create Account again
   A new account is created under this group.

Create a new group

You can create a new Tango group by going through Create Account flow and add the new Tango account to it. Follow the instructions below to create a new group in your Tango platform:

To create a new group:

1. Sign in to the Tango portal.
2. Click  Team settings > Accounts on the left menu.
3. Select Create Account.
4. Enter a Display Name for the account.
   
    
5. Enter a Contact Email for the account.
6. Select Create group and enter a New group name.
7. Select a Currency of the newly created account. Once selected and saved, the account currency cannot be changed.
8. Click Create Account again.
   The new group is created with the new account under it.
