If your Tango account is pre-funded and you have residual funds after rewards are sent, you can move funds back from your Tango account to your bank account. 
 

Note:
  • Only platform administrators with funding permissions can request a refund.  See how you can Set user permissions and access level
  • Tango has to perform a full reconciliation on the account to confirm the amount being requested for refund is a valid amount based on the transactional data in the account which may take up to 30 days to complete. 


To request a refund, email funding@tangocard.com with your request and include the following information:

  • ACH or Wire
  • Check
  • Credit card
 Banking details
  • Banking information for refund by ACH or Wire
  • Name and mailing address for refund by check
  • The last four digits of your credit card for refund by credit card
