If your Tango account is pre-funded and you have residual funds after rewards are sent, you can move funds back from your Tango account to your bank account.
Note:
- Only platform administrators with funding permissions can request a refund. See how you can Set user permissions and access level.
- Tango has to perform a full reconciliation on the account to confirm the amount being requested for refund is a valid amount based on the transactional data in the account which may take up to 30 days to complete.
