If your Tango account is pre-funded and you have residual funds after rewards are sent, you can move funds back from your Tango account to your bank account.
To request a refund, email funding@tangocard.com with your request and include the following information:

- ACH or Wire transfer
- Check
- Credit card (only if you originally funded by credit card)

- ACH/Wire: Banking information for refund by ACH or Wire
- Check: Name and mailing address for refund by check
- Credit card: The last four digits of your credit card for refund by credit card
