Welcome to Tango, a self-serve web application that allows you to send and track specific gift card brands, prepaid cards, and payments in one easy place. You’re not limited to sending your recipients a single gift card. Reward Link®—our most popular reward solution—comes standard with the Tango portal, allowing you to send 100+ popular gift card brands for recipients to choose from.
Follow the steps below to get you started:
1. Sign up for a Tango account
If you haven’t already done so, sign up with Tango and activate your account. Use the Google Chrome browser for the best results when navigating Tango. Refer to our document on how to Complete your Tango registration.
2. Sign in to Tango portal
If you are a returning user, refer to our document to learn how to Sign in to the Tango portal.
3. Manage users and Tango accounts
Check how you can invite and manage users with Tango portal, how you can organize your funds and reward orders with Tango using accounts and groups, and where you can locate your account number. See more information under Users and Tango accounts.
4. Fund an account
You'll need to fund your account before submitting your first order. We offer multiple options. See Ways to pay for your Tango orders.
5. Create an email template (optional)
Check our document Create an email template to walk you through creating your first email template, from uploading a banner logo to deciding on recipient support language.

6. Send rewards
Once you've funded your account and created an email template, you're all set to send your first reward. Learn our different ways to place orders with Tango. See our documents under Rewards and orders.
7. Check your order
Once you’ve sent rewards, you can see your order details, track the order history, monitor its delivery, check order status, and generate order reports. See our documents under Order history.
