There are multiple ways to fund your rewards: pay at checkout or pre-fund your Tango account. Pay at checkout for a fast and easy checkout experience. To pre-fund your Tango account, you can send physical checks. Once the check has been received by mail, it processes up to 7 business days. See Ways to pay for your Tango orders.
Note:Tango sends a real-time notification to the designated email address when funds are deposited in your production account. See

Step 1: Write a check
Write a check payable to “Tango Card, Inc.” and include your Tango account number in the memo section of the check. See how to Access your Tango Account number. If you do not have a user profile, get your Tango Account number from your Tango administrator. See how you can Fund your Tango account without a user profile.
Note:
Failure to provide the Tango account number or to submit the remittance to funding@tangocard.com may lead to a potential delay or result in the return of funds to the sender after 14 business days.
Example:
- If you have an invoice number, write it down next to the account number in the memo line. Invoice name includes 5-7 letters company name abbreviation and the date such as: A12345678, #INVOICE202312-08.
- If you’re paying for two invoices with one check, write both invoice numbers such as: A12345678, #INVOICE202311-26 and #INVOICE202312-05. The invoices have the respective amounts on the form.
Step 2: Mail your check

To ensure your check will be processed to the correct account, write your account name and account number on the memo line.
