You can pre-fund your Tango account using a physical check. Funds are not available until the check has been received and processed. Processing may take up to 7 business days after receipt, depending on whether it is your first check or a subsequent check (see Step 2 table).

Note:Tango sends a real-time notification to the designated email address when funds are deposited in your production account. See
Set up funding notifications for more information.
Step 1: Write a check
Follow the steps below to write a check:

Write a physical check payable to “Tango Card, Inc.”

Include your Tango Account number in the memo section of the check. See how to Find your Tango account number. If you don’t have a user profile, obtain your Tango Account number from your Tango administrator. You can also see our guide on how you can Fund your Tango account without a user profile.

If applicable, add invoice numbers next to the account number in the memo line. For example:

Single invoice: A12345678, #INVOICE202312-08.

Two invoices: A12345678, #INVOICE202311-26 and #INVOICE202312-05 (The invoices have the respective amounts on the form)

Step 2: Mail your check
Mail your check to the following address. Delivery time depends on the mail service. To ensure correct processing, write the account name and number on the memo line:
