Integrate with Tango

Tango is a rewards and incentives platform. It integrates with a wide range of business tools to automate and streamline digital rewards and incentives. The Tango API enables seamless integration between your application and Tango, allowing you to connect with platforms like Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc. To fully leverage its capabilities, you need to integrate the API into your system to unlock the complete feature set.

Here are some Tango integrations platforms:

• Survey & Research: Such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and Forsta

• Marketing & CRM: Such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Marketo

• Employee engagement: Such as Slack, Namely, and Microsoft Teams

• Integration tools: Such as Workato and Zapier

What’s needed?

To integrate with Tango you need:

• A Tango Platform—sign in to Tango portal if you have one, or sign up for a new account. See Sign up for a Tango platform. You can also request a demo and connect with a sales rep to start. See how to request a demo.

• Enabled platform credentials—As a platform admin, you must have your platform credentials (platform name and API key) enabled for integration. See Manage Basic Auth API keys in Tango and Manage OAuth client credentials in Tango

• An existing third-party or an in-house application that is able to connect to Tango API such as Qualtrics, Salesforce, etc.

• Access to a development team and environment that has experience with API.

• A secure connection to Tango API via Basic Auth or OAuth 2.0. See how to Secure your connection with Tango API.

Required permissions

• You must have the Entire organization access to manage integrations and API credentials.

• For Qualtrics-specific integrations, View or Manage permissions are required depending on the level of control needed.

Manage your integrations

Your third-party integration app, such as Qualtrics, is listed on this page. To manage your integration such as Qualtrics, Salesforce, etc. follow the instructions below:

To manage integrations:

1. Sign in to the Tango portal.

2. Click Integrations from the left menu.
   
    

3. Locate or search for the integration app such as “Qualtrics”.

4. Click Manage to open the dashboard for more capabilities.

   • Click Integration setting to manage, deactivate, see the history of previous keys, or create a new API key. For Qualtrics, see Manage Qualtrics API keys.

   • Click Add Incentive to help you create Qualtrics incentives. See Step 2: Create a Qualtrics incentive in Tango.

5. Click Learn More to open more information such as https://www.tangocard.com/qualtrics.
