About Tango app in Qualtrics

Welcome to Tango integrations with Qualtrics. Tango is a self-serve reward delivery portal that hosts your Qualtrics incentive information. It allows you to automatically send Tango Choice Products to survey participants, increasing their engagement upon survey completion and improving responses.

Prerequisites

To start integration, you need to complete the following steps:

1. If you don't yet have a free Tango platform, you'll first need to sign up. Learn more about how to Get started with Tango.
2. If you already have a Tango platform, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or success@tangocard.com to enable the Qualtrics integration on your Tango platform.
3. Contact your Qualtrics representative to make sure your Qualtrics account supports the Tango integration.
    
   Note:
   The Tango integration is available to customers with the Qualtrics Developer Tool/API license. It may not appear for someone using a free version. Existing Qualtrics customers are recommended to reach out to their Qualtrics Account Executive for more information.
    
4. With an existing Tango platform that has the Qualtrics integration enabled, Sign in to Tango portal to create Qualtrics incentives to send rewards to participants for completing your Qualtrics surveys.
   In order to send rewards with Tango by linking to a Qualtrics survey, your Tango account needs to have funds added to it first. Learn more about how to Fund your Tango account.
