You can view and manage rewards sent through Qualtrics surveys in the Tango portal on the Orders page. To see rewards sent with Qualtrics incentives, you must have View or Manage permissions, and have access to the account the reward was sent from.

 

Note:

With this integration, rewards can only be delivered by email.

 

Identify Qualtrics rewards in orders

Orders created via the Qualtrics integration have a reference order ID that starts with QW. such as: QW260210-143231-01-1. This prefix lets you distinguish Qualtrics orders from orders created directly in the Tango portal. For more details, see Send rewards FAQs.

 

Find and manage rewards sent through Qualtrics

You can manage rewards sent via Qualtrics the same way you manage rewards sent directly from the Tango portal. Any limits or restrictions that apply to regular orders also apply to Qualtrics orders. Once the Qualtrics order appears in Orders, you can:

  • View order details and status

  • Resend reward emails (if you have Manage permissions)

  • Cancel or reissue eligible rewards, following standard Tango portal rules


To find and manage rewards sent through Qualtrics:

  1. Sign in to the Tango portal with the right permission.

  2. Click Orders from the left panel. You are taken to the Orders tab by default.

  3. Use the filters at the top of the page to filter the results displayed.

  4. Click the order row to open the details. From there you can:

    • View reward status and recipient details.

    • Resend reward emails or take other actions (based on your permissions).
