Answer

The Tango app includes an Error Logs view that lists failed Tango reward orders. The log shows the Error Log Name, Created Date, and the error Message. You can click into a specific error log entry to see full details.

In this step, you configure the default maximum number of Error Logs for your organization. All Tango users can access the Error Logs in the Tango Setup screen.

To set up the Tango max Error Logs:

  1. Log in to Salesforce as a Salesforce admin.

  2. In Salesforce, click Setup :gear: in the top-right corner.

  3. In the Quick Find box, search for Custom Settings.

  4. In the list, click Manage next to Tango Error Log Configuration link in the list.

  5. In the Tango Error Log Configuration window, click the New button.
After the Tango Error Log Configuration is created, you will see an Edit button instead of New.

  6. Enter the number of Max Error Logs to keep for your Tango app. We recommend setting Max Error Logs to 1000. When a new error occurs and the log is already at 1000 entries, the oldest error will be deleted.

  7. Click Save.
